Meet The Team
Neil Radloff - Owner/CEO The founder of the company, Neil is Mansion Supply and Service. With over 30 years of experience on his side he is heavily involved in everything from forming and maintaining business relationships to every day sales and operations, Neil has built his company from the ground up and is dedicated to providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Casey Stagg - Vice President Casey is a people’s person who enjoys working with both builders and homeowners. He is the go-to-guy in the field and manages everything from client relations, estimating and project execution. In his free time he does a weekly local sports show on the radio.
Heather Neely - Executive Assistant Heather is a valuable asset to the company with 15 years of administrative experience; 4 of those years in the window and door business. Her skills include but are not limited to estimating, inside sales, customer relations, bookkeeping, and office organization. She has also recently obtained the position of public notary.
Caleb Smith - Business Development Manager Caleb has over 10 years of customer relations and business development experience here in the Central FL area. He has a successful track record of helping develop new strategies and procedures geared toward company growth. Outside of the office Caleb enjoys the local sports scene and is on staff with Orlando City Soccer Club involved with game day operations.
Tony Chalhoub- Regional Sales Manager Tony joined our team in 2016 and has been a valuable addition to Mansion. His primary focus is to help build stronger relationships with homeowners and builders in the Central Florida Region. His easy-going personality and attention to detail has been well accepted by our clients looking for professional advice on windows and doors. Tony likes to unwind by spending time with has family and friends.
Jeff Ritz- Director of Operations and Customer Service Jeff brings a tremendous amount of experience and skill to the Mansion team. As the director of field operations Jeff is well know in the Central Florida region as being one of the top installation technicians in the area.
